Our service includes a light stain removal. If you would prefer we go through every item and pre-treat all stains, we’re happy to do so for an additional .45 per lb. While we’re very good at stain removal we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to get it out but we’ll certainly try our best.

Life happens, we get it. To compensate your driver’s time, there will be a $10 missed pick-up fee. It’s easy to reschedule online for the next available pickup day.

The minimum pickup fee is $30.00 but other than that the pickup is free!

If your credit card is expired or denied, you may need to update your payment information on your account. To avoid a delay in your delivery, make sure the update is made before delivery day. If you missed delivery day don’t worry, update your payment and your order will automatically be delivered on the next delivery day.

Our standard wash includes Commercial grade enzyme detergent, Downy softener, laundry scent beads and bounce dryer sheets. However, if you have sensitive skin, we also offer a fragrance free option.

Our cleaning process includes sorting, light stain removal, washing, drying, and folding (or hanging) your laundry with care according to care label. We use high quality products and techniques to ensure you clothes come back fresh and clean.

Most items are charged by the pound. We know this laundry concept is new and weighing clothing is not something most are used to. A general rule of thumb is a 13gal trash bag stuffed to the top with everyday laundry weighs on average, about 15 lbs. That’s roughly $30 per bag.

Delivery days are Monday, Wednesday, Friday. We will have your laundry delivered on the next scheduled delivery day after pickup. Drop off orders will be ready 24 hours later.

We service from Kaysville to North Ogden. If you click on the "Schedule a Pickup" option on our website, you'll be prompted to enter your email address and zip code. Once you do, it'll let you know if we provide service in your area. It's a quick and easy way to check!

Certainly, it’s common to include your undergarments in your laundry load. If you prefer to keep your undergarments private, you can send them inside a mesh laundry bag we wash, dry, and return them in the same bag. We're here to make your laundry experience as convenient and personalized as possible!

We offer same day services on drop off orders only! Orders must be dropped off before noon.

Absolutely! You can definitely provide your own laundry detergent or fabric softener for your order. However, it’s already included in the laundry service, it’s not necessary, unless you prefer an option we do not offer.
